Edible Clear Large Oval Gems

Add beautiful accents to your cakes, cookies and cupcakes with these handcrafted oval gems. Do not store in refrigerator/freezer. Keep in a cool, dry place at all times. This product is made from a sugar substitute, Isomalt. Each oval gem measures approximately 20mm x 30mm.
Caution: As this is a sugar product, it will absorb moisture which will cause the jewel to cloud and turn white (harmless). Therefore, place the jewel on the dessert just before serving. Dry Surfaces are best; fondant, icing..
